FAQ - Shipping

How much is shipping?

Our nation-wide standard shipping fee is R85 direct door delivery, delivery time range from 3 to 5 days depending on the delivery location.

Express Shipping cost R125 and delivery will be in 1 to 2 days.

Free delivery when spending R1999 and more.

How long will my order take?

Please note that in stock products can be delivered within 3 to 5 days.

Shipping will on average take between 15 and 25 business days for out of stock items.  All products are imported and delivered directly to your address provided.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch we will send you shipping references, which include a tracking number and a tracking link. Enter the tracking number into the tracking box on the couriers website and you will see your item's progress.

What do I do when I do not receive my item?

If you haven't received your item please make us aware by contacting us via e-mail at support@acousticnorth.co.za.  We will then follow up with the courier to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order before you make payment. You cannot cancel after your order has been dispatched.

How long until my order is dispatched?

It takes time to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, disinfecting and packing for shipment. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for order processing, depending on the product ordered and chosen payment method.  Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking number by email.
